Kimberly Harris spent her career in the rooms where leadership is tested, as a high school principal and in C-suite executive roles, before founding Leaders of Leaders, LLC to help other leaders build multiplying teams instead of dependent ones.

Her work centers on a simple but demanding idea: the job of a leader is to create more leaders.
